10-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Return or exchange is applicable only to selected products. Eligibility is mentioned on the respective product page.
Requests made after the 10-day return period will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order for cancellation requests.

Return / Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Products returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

Return Process

If pickup service is available at your location, it will be arranged.
If pickup service is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our designated address.
Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 0–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
